Chewy is a rambunctious, talkative, outgoing girl. If you’re looking for a confident, gregarious companion who is always the life of the party then this is the perfect feline for you! Chewy came in as a stray and has been with us since May. She is best suited to a home with an experienced cat owner with older children as she can play a bit rough at times. This girl needs her forever home!! As a long term resident her adoption fee has been reduced to only $39.50; and includes her spay, first vaccines, 6 weeks pet insurance and much more!!

Madison is a great girl! She is very energetic and would benefit from an experienced owner. This gorgeous girl has been with us since January; and has been passed around a fair bit. Madison seems to like other dogs, after a proper introduction. She is so smart and would benefit from having a task to do. Madison deserves a forever home and an owner that understands her needs. This spunky lady will win your heart in no time at all; you’ll soon find out why she is a staff favourite!! Madison would be best suited to a home without cats and one with children 12+.

The WHS foster care program operates in an attempt to give each animal a fair opportunity to be placed into our adoption program. You provide a shelter animal with a temporary home – we provide all supplies needed until the animal can be returned to the shelter for adoption. Fostering is a fulfilling and rewarding volunteer job that you can do in your own home.
