Oskee Boo Wow Masquerade – Oct. 27
In Urbana, Illinois, the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine is holding its fourth annual masquerade. Registration is $50 per person and $10 per pet, and the proceeds benefit the Humane Connection Fund.
So get your army of barking ghosts and goblins together and enjoy the pet-friendly entertainment. If none of these events are near you, contact your local animal shelter or rescue organization to find local Halloween parties and costume contests.
