CKS Progressive Fighting Systems (Self-preservation Basic Training Part One)

Progressive Fighting Systems is an international organization founded by world renown hand to hand combat instructor Paul Vunak.

This DVD features one of Paul Vunak’s full instructors Hector Solis. Hector has been training and teaching martial arts since 1993. He is a Second Degree Black Belt in Shorin-ryu karate and has studied a variery of styles over the years such as: Jeet Kune Do Concepts, Muay Thay, Kali, Jui-jitsu, and others.

The DVD covers Basic Training focused of Self-preservation with emphasis on stand up (Rapid Assault Tactics), knife tactics, and stick tactics. This material is required for the level of Phase One Instructorship as taught by Hector Solis.
