Top Un-Chewable Chewy Toys For Dogs

If you have a dog and have ever bought your dog a chew toy, you know that these “money meals” don’t last long. My Wrigley, half German Shepard and half Border Collie, has the teeth of a T-Rex and I have spent hundreds of dollars on her chewies that end up, well, we’ll just say “going in one way and coming out the other” So, I did a little research and found the top un-chewable chew toys that are said to be worth every penny.

Nylabone Rhino Cone is not only hollow, so you can stuff it with treats, but it also bounces, so you can play with your pup and let ‘em enjoy their capture.

Hartz “Chew ‘n’ Clean” promotes dental health and is virtually impossible to chew up.  A little on the pricey side, but if you figure that you are just going to buy a dozen more for them to eat, it’s actually saving you money.

“Holee Roller” is a web like toy that you can put different toys or treats in and play tug of war with your mutt without tearing this toy to pieces.

JW Cuz are brightly colored, very durable rubber chew balls with feet that may outlast your dog. Yes, the squeaker in these will be destroyed and yes, the feet will be chewed off, but the ball itself will last forever!

The Kong, the one that you can squirt Kong stuffing into is indestructable, so spend the $15, it’s STILL in our yard’s toy graveyard!

Tire Biter Paw Tracks with the six inch rope is another fun and more difficult to destroy chew toy. They don’t last quite as long as all of the others, but it is so fun to play with and my fuzzy babies LOVE this toy.

Check PetSmart or PetCo for these toys. There are also a few specialty dog boutiques on line that carry these brands. Amazon may have a few of these for a little less, so try it out first. Happy Chewing!
