I have had my puppy for 3 days now (2 days at home) and I've been trying to leash train her but outside she completely ignores the treats I give her! A stick and toy catches her attention for a few minutes but then she tries to escape her harness the rest of the time on our walk. In fact, she has escaped from her collar twice and harness once already despite them being snug on her. She is a husky/pomeranian mix with a lot of energy. What can I do to get her attention on me more while we are outside? How can I avoid her trying to escape her harness?

We just got our first puppy a couple of days ago and she freezes up when shes on the leash. Even in the house. We're trying to get her crate trained and leash trained. She does really good at night and sleeps all night in the crate without crying but has a hard time going in there by herself. Everyone says use treats but she rarely eats the treats we got her. She barely even eats her own food. We have to constantly put her by her food bowl and she still doesnt eat sometimes. Has me and my gf really worried. It's the food shes been eating with the breeder before we got her so idk.. we just want her to be the best dog she can be
