Haha, I heard this technique a while back and I just got a little puppy and she chews on my wooden tv stand and my body instead of the 20 toys i’ve bought for her…
I’m proud to say i’m an 18 year old male and I scream like a little girl every time my 8 week old female puppy (Rayne) bites me. GO MEN!

My dog did that once so I gave him a spinning dragon punch ala Ryu from Street Fighter II. Worked like a charm.

I tried this with my three month old puppy and it didn’t work at all. He couldn’t care less!
But to be honest I really don’t get how this is supposed to work. Squealing like another puppy will make him/her think you’re just another one of the littermates. But you’re not supposed to be one of the littermates. You’re supposed to be his new mother. If a puppy would get too rough with his mom, she would growl at him, not yelp. So how is teaching a dog you’re not the pack leader a good thing?

my dog is 8 weeks old, and he doesnt listen! i have tried screamin like a puppy, and he doesnt care. i have tried giving him a toy and he doesnt stop biting me, what more can i do!? i have tried some more things to that i found on youtube. he doesnt seem to listen at all, he is an nova scotia duck tolling retriever, if it´s anyone out there that have some ideas please share them with me!
