My dog is so very well behaved but i can NOT get him to heel while my other dog heels almost instictively. Similarly my dog that doesn’t heel also loves meeting people and dogs while the good heeler doesn’t.

It seems that my dog loves meeting other people and dogs more than he loves food and even if i try to keep him from them, they will continue to approach. I not sure how to overcome this when trying to teach him to heel.
