How did you do that ?

@raceview845 Takes more than a clicker in your hand to use the clicker training method. ;) You don’t have to use the little gadget to be a clicker trainer. But I think I saw it in her left hand.

@Zurison I was just wondering if it was an actual clicker or if the trainer was using a “Yes” sound of some sort, or a hand gesture as the clicker. I could see the treat being given, but it’s always a challenge to get that ‘click’ at the specific behaviour you want to recognize.

I taught my GSD to do this a while back. It’s sooo much fun to go to the park and watch people’s faces.

Hi Emily I am planning on rescuing a dog soon, and want it to be well trained so I have been researching and watching your videos and I am amazed and inspired! I have a question for you- do you think training from an early age makes a difference, or if I rescued an older dog would I still be able to train him/her just as well? Thanks in advance! :)
