Yes cats need to be bathed! Not as often maybe as dogs or humans but eventually theyre going to need it.

  2. Tim Ramich says:

Their tongues cool them down by evaporating water off of them, since they don’t sweat through pores. It’s just like a dog. They don’t lick themselves to keep cool, they lick themselves to keep clean. They don’t need to be bathed by humans. You would know instantly if a cat had fleas.

i own a cat and i give him a bath once a year. wy? cause my cat starts to smell a lil like dirt and i dont want all the dirt and watever he rolls in to be stuck in his fur forever and idk if he has fleas cause he is gray and a monster. if i check and he doesnt like it he will claw n bite your arm.so i do it just in case. some cats just need it like long haired cats or hairless cats. and their tounge is really ment to cool down parts of their body that are hot

  4. Tim Ramich says:

    It’s not only your username…

Why the hell would you let an outdoor cat that rolls around in car oil into your house? That’s moronic. I don’t think any cat would do that in the first place. I don’t see the problem with dirt. “Dirt” is also pretty vague. Even so, they clean themselves. It’s common sense that cats clean themselves, and outdoor cats are outdoor cats and indoor cats are indoor cats. If I knew someone bathed a cat I would steal it and find it an owner with a brain.

  5. Zachary Johnson says:

I appreciate the trendy comment :) You seem to think alot about my username. ok – so cats roll in car oil, streets, dirt, and all sorts of shit. There is no way that I will let my cat in the fucking house like that. I don’t even own a cat right now, it’s just common sense idiot

  6. Tim Ramich says:

How so? I’m not some trendy idiot who lacks common sense. I’m not the one thinking it’s normal and necessary to bathe a damn cat.

  7. Zachary Johnson says:

Haha, you just are just making yourself look more and more stupid

  8. Tim Ramich says:

You don’t bathe cats. They are self-cleaning. Emo.

  9. Zachary Johnson says:

My emo music? You obviously know nothing about music either. It’s funny watching you not know what you are talking about. How about you use the internet for research instead of trolling? Now get your dumb ass out of here.

  10. Tim Ramich says:

Go listen to some pathetic emo music and give your abused cat a bath.

  11. Zachary Johnson says:

Please don’t ever own a cat, you don’t know shit about them.

Shes a normal person passing on tips..not a film maker leave the poor lady alone. At least she cares for her feline.

  15. Marythehalfpenny says:

Timramich it’s to keep your cat clean check for signs of skin disease, and the Egyptians actually did bath their cats to eliminate fleas. They would used herbs as a natural insecticide. You are obviously someone who has a mongrel who dont get groomed. Maybe your not so groomed yourself.

  16. Tim Ramich says:

Why the hell would you give your cat a bath? That’s why their tongue is rough, along with tearing skin away from flesh of what they’re eating. As soon as they get out of the tub and get a little dried, they start licking themselves right away. Only if they have fleas do they get a bath. I don’t understand when this mentality of bathing cats came along. The ancient Egyptians would surely school you on how to handle cats.
