    I don’t understand why they have to grab the baby like that instead of luring it with milk or something. Imagine if some creatures from another planet just snatched you up like that. Of coarse you’d be panicking! Maybe the handler’s have a good reason for doing it this way, but I wish I knew what it was.

    it is sad and beautiful at the same the baby takes farewell of his mother, but it has a better future at DSWT.

    While it’s endearing to say the little baby accepted humans once he figured out they meant him no harm, it’s likely not the case. He’s too young to have such a thought. What he knew he must do, however, was following a mother-figure, to see if he could get milk, since his mother didn’t get up for at least a day, & he didn’t know why. He’s starving, but he couldn’t eat leaves, being so young, so he quickly imprinted on anyone who’s close to him & who didn’t immediately hurt him.
