Kitty 141533

How can you resist this cutie pie?! Kitty is an 8 year old gal with a lot of spunk in her step! Don’t let her age fool you Kitty is quite young at heart. Kitty loves to receive head and neck rubs, she’ll even demand it! We think this beautiful feline is best suited to a home with older children; she can play a bit rough. Kitty has been here since April and would love to have a couch to call her own! Her adoption fee is only $40.00 and includes her spay, vet exam, FeLV/FIV test (negative), first vaccination, 6 weeks pet insurance and much more!

Jackson 141649

Jackson is still here and looking for a human companion to take him home! Jackson is a handsome ~2 year old boy. He was brought to our shelter when his owners could no longer care for him. Jackson is such a smart boy; he would do really well with an owner who can work with him and keep him mentally and stimulated. This charming canine will require regular exercise to keep him at his best. Jackson is very stressed here; he may not show the best in his adoption room. Once you meet him and take him out of his room he is such an amazing guy! Jackson has been here since May and would really love to find his forever home soon!

The WHS foster care program operates in an attempt to give each animal a fair opportunity to be placed into our adoption program. You provide a shelter animal with a temporary home – we provide all supplies needed until the animal can be returned to the shelter for adoption. Fostering is a fulfilling and rewarding volunteer job that you can do in your own home. If you are interested in learning more about the WHS Foster Care Program, Please call our Foster department at 204.982-2049 or email us at foster@humanesociety.mb.ca
