They call me Wags because you’ll almost always see me with a smile on my face and my tail wagging happily! I’m a friendly older girl who loves to be people. I’m ready for a second chance at life and am excited to find my forever family. I love to play with other dogs; I am such a well rounded dog, perfect for almost any home! I’m best suited to kids 8 years+ and would like a slow introduction to any cats, please. As a seasoned dog, my adoption fee is only $80!

Mia is a sweet girl that has been in our care since May. She seems to get along well with all the cats she has met here really well. Mia takes a while to get used to new situations, a calmer home would be best for this adorable feline. Mia loves to give head butts, and can be quite the purr machine! As a long term resident her adoption fee has been reduced to only $39.50 – and includes her spay, vet exam, first vaccine, 6 weeks pet insurance and much more!

The WHS foster care program operates in an attempt to give each animal a fair opportunity to be placed into our adoption program. You provide a shelter animal with a temporary home – we provide all supplies needed until the animal can be returned to the shelter for adoption.
