Fix and Chips: New County Law for Dogs

Under a new county ordinance scheduled to take effect on June 3, Topanga dog owners will be required to have their animals spayed or neutered and to have an identification microchip implanted in each dog. The ordinance applies to all dogs over the age of four months kept in the unincorporated areas.
