How To Train A Rat To Separate Items Into Different Containers

In this video, Latte the rat demonstrates how you can train your rat to separate objects into different containers. Keep in mind that we area training the rat to put different objects into containers based on the containers location, not based on the container itself. Its possible to train this trick based on the container itself, but due to rat’s poor vision and poor color perception, this would be much more difficult. Anyway, enjoy!
